Don’t forget that compusa price-matches for 21 days. So if you already got one, grab the receipt and pop out there to save $20.

I had one on order but was too impatient and found one in a CompUSA. The sales people didn’t even know what they were. The screen is incredible.

I picked one up at compusa yesterday in tulsa and they didn’t know they had them in stock. :) Loving it so far.

Just bought mine today at CompUSA in Portland, OR (airport store). You can see a display model there — it’s in the PDA section anchored to the counter with a couple of cable ties. Poor salesguys were afraid to answer any of my questions about it. (One hint: if a customer asks to look at the box for additional information, don’t tell him there’s no information to be found on it unless you’ve actually seen the box. Reading that would have answered all of them — unlike the printout from the web you insisted on giving me.)

Biggest surprise: I got a $30.– discount on my unit. Is there a sale today that I didn’t know about?

comp usa is selling them for $349. i recently bbought it after hearing rumors that it would go on sale. i’ve wanted the 770 since seeing it in pocket pc magazine. i printed the page from compusa.com and found a store in my area (SF) that had some in stock (there was only three left within 25 miles. the store was selling then for $379, but honored the website price. i love it! being a realtor, i need to access the web frequently during the day. instead of lugging my laptop around, my hands are free. i’m using it now. i just wish i could download applications, contacts, and calendar like w/ my pocket pc.
