JVM on Nokia 770 - any time soon?

Al over at 770Fan asks where is MobiPocket for Nokia 770:

They have stated that we need the Java Virtual Machine on the 770 before they are gonna develop a reader.

Mono is already running on the Nokia 770. IKVM is a JVM that runs on Mono. What more do they want? http://www.advogato.org/person/lupus/diary.html?start=17
